SHIPPING POLICY

Each limited edition canvas print is carefully prepared, hand-embellished and signed by the artist before dispatch.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5–10 business days for your artwork to be printed, hand-embellished, signed, numbered and carefully packaged.

SHIPPING FORMATS

Rolled Canvas

Rolled canvas prints are carefully wrapped and shipped in a strong protective tube. The canvas will need to be stretched or framed after delivery.

Stretched Canvas

Stretched canvas prints are professionally mounted on a wooden stretcher frame and shipped ready to hang. Due to their size and packaging requirements, stretched canvases may have higher delivery costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

Lithuania: 1–3 business days after dispatch

European Union: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Other international destinations: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided by email when available.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the damaged artwork.

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or uncollected package may be charged to the customer.
